Who founded the AAF?

I initiated the founding of AAF with Mr. Tan Chin Leong of Malaysia.

Where is the funding from?

It’s out of pocket till now.

What are AAF activities?

Kusuma Chandra :

AAF is to increase the body of anti fraud knowledge and support anti fraud professionals within Asia region through seminars, workshops, and consultations. Fraud prevention, detection and deterrence are extremely important to the economy. AAF conducts seminars and workshop in Asian countries by bringing the world knowledge and expertise to Asia and bringing one Asian country experience to another and bring Asian experience to other parts of world and bring other parts of the world experience to Asian countries. We are going to have our seminar and workshop on Fraud Risk Identification with our main speaker and also AAF Chairman of Adviser Mr. Tan Chin Leong,CFE of Malaysia in Bali this coming 3-4 March 2010 and we are planning to have seminar and workshop in Guangzhou, China on 5th-6th July 2010 on Money laundering and Fraud.

What you are doing here is a noble cause.

I was a banker for over 30 years in U.S. I was involved in uncovering fraud at BCCI (Bank of Credit & Commerce International) in New York and dealt with risk management in banking industry. My last position in banking industry was adviser to the President Director of the Bank Danamon and the adviser to the President Director of Bank Mandiri in Indonesia.

A Member of my company’s Board of Commisioners asked me to join Asia Anti Fraud Association for the benefit of the company.

Kusuma Chandra :

What is the main business of Dynasoft?

Bappa Maitra :

Dynasoft business is in GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) software in finance.

Kusuma Chandra :

That’s in line with what we do at AAF. AAF provides education and knowledge for anti fraud professionals and you provide the computer software.

Yes, absolutely. We can work together.
