Kusuma Chandra Ph.D

Kusuma Chandra,Ph.D is The Founder & Chairman of Asia Anti Fraud(AAF) Foundation, B2B Verified and, Founder of Anak Pintar Indonesia(Smart Kids of Indonesia).

He designs Fraud control management system, fraud control management system implementation, including designs whistle blowing of fraud management system. Kusuma Chandra also reviews fraud in law and regulation. He was appointed by The Indonesian Central Bank, Bank Indonesia to lead the Focus Group Discussion(FGD) to provide recommendation for Bank Indonesia in designing the draft for The Central bank Regulation on Fraud in April 2011. The draft for The Central Bank Regulation on Fraud has been adopted and transformed as Bank Indonesia Circular dated on 9th December 2011 No.13/28/DPNP. Kusuma Chandra initiated The First Bank Fraud Prevention Ratings which is supported by Bank Indonesia for The Indonesian banking industry nationally for the first time in the world.

He is also one of the facilitators at IICD(Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship) which was founded by the World Bank after the Indonesian economic crisis in 1998 to promote GCG to State owned Enterprises(SOEs) and Public Listed Companies(PLCs) in Indonesia .

He has over 20 years experience in International Business. He was International Business Director, Tierra Dynamic,Inc., headquartered in New York, USA.

Kusuma Chandra completed his doctoral study and attained his doctoral degree in 2001 from Harvard University.

Kusuma Chandra was former U.S. Delegate in representing U.S. private sector to APEC Conferences from 1996 to 2000 as member of energy working group.

Mr. Tan Chin Leong holds the distinction of being the first person in the Financial Institutions in Malaysia to be awarded the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, USA, on 16 June 1995. He had been working in the banking industry for more than 36 years. Upon his retirement in early 1999, he was appointed as a Consultant cum Independent Auditor for the acquisition of Asia Commercial Finance Berhad by Affin Holdings Berhad for 3 years, and thereafter as Group Head of Audit, Affin Holdings Berhad (overseeing its 8 subsidiaries) for another 3 years from 23 February 2002 till 22 February 2005.

He is now a practicing consultant. Banks, lawyers, insurance company and other corporate companies have engaged him for specific fraud related tasks since 1997.

His area of expertise is to certify whether signature(s) and handwriting on cheques, documents, etc., are genuine or forged; and has represented his clients as an Expert Witness in High Court, Sessions Court and Magistrate Court.

He assisted the Malaysian police to set up the Commercial Crimes Division at its headquarters in Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 1987 and has worked closely with them for over a period of eight years until 1995.

Besides being a regular regional conference speaker, he conducts training courses for corporate companies including Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA), Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM) and the internal auditors from the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. He also offers other consultancy and advisory services. He also assisted clients to establish an Anti Fraud Policy, and management works.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Marsudi W. Kisworo

Prof. Dr. Ir. Marsudi W. Kisworo is a Professor of Computer Science and Certified World Bank Trainer for Good Corporate Governance. He is the Rector of PERBANAS(National Banking) Institute.
Marsudi Kisworo graduated from School of Electrical Engineering major in Computer System Engineering at ITB(Institut Teknologi Bandung) and continued and completed his post graduate and doctoral studies in Computer Science at Curtin University in Perth,Australia.

Prof. Richardus Eko Indrajit

Prof. Richardus Eko Indrajit graduated from Surabaya Institute of Technology as Computer Engineer in 1992 and received full scholarship from Pertamina Oil Company to finish his study as Master of Applied Computer Science at Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA. He is also a holder of Master of Business Administration from Leicester University, United Kingdom, Master of Communication from London School of Public Relasions – Jakarta, and Master of Philosophy from Masstricht School of Management, the Netherlands. His Doctor of Business Administration degree was from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
(University of the City of Manila), the Philippines and from Maastricht School of Management, the Netherlands.

He started his business, management, and information technology practices in Price Waterhouse Indonesia as Senior Consultant before joining several prominent corporations such as: Prosys Bangun Nusantara – Cap Gemini Consulting, Renaissance Indonesia, the Jakarta Consulting Group, Soedarpo Informatika Enterprise, and IndoConsult Utama. As an academician, he has been appointed as Chairman of Perbanas School of Information System and Technology, Research Director of Swiss-German University, and participated as active faculty members in several universities, which are:
University of Indonesia, Atma Jaya Catholic University, Bina Nusantara University – Curtin University of Technology, Trisakti University – Edith Cowan University, and IPMI – Monash University. Currently he is the President of the Association of Higher Learning Institution in Computing and Information Technology Studies. Leading more than 700 universities and 1,500 program of studies all over the nation. He is also known as a President of International Association of Software Architect – Indonesian Chapter.

In government sector, he has been asssigned as a special staff and advisor to various institutions, such as: Secretary General of National Auditing Board, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, National Defense Board (Lemhannas), National Narcotics Body, and Central Bank of Indonesia – before finally appointed as the first Chairman of ID-SIRTII (Indonesia Security Incidents Response Team on Internet Infrastructure). He is also assigned by the government of Indonesia to become the member of the Board of National Educational Standard (BSNP-Ministry of Education), the Board of Indonesian Professional Certification Authority (BNSP-Ministry of Labour and Transmigration), and the Board of National Research Council (DRN-Ministry of Research and Technology).

He has been actively publishing more than 30 books and hundreds of national journals in the area of business, management, and information technology – most are coming from his experiences of practicing his knowledge and skills in different fields: banking and finance, telecommunication, manufacture, retail and distribution, aviation, oil and gas, transportation, education, healthcare, and other service-based industries. As a professor of computer science and information system from ABFI Institute Perbanas.

Jesus P. Estanislao

Jesus P. Estanislao was the Secretary of Finance of the Philippines from 1990-1992.
He presently heads two private institutes committed to governance reforms, Institute of Corporate Directors (for corporate governance) and Institute for Solidarity in Asia (for national governance).

He also chairs the President’s Governance Advisory Council, which advises the Philippines President on governance issues.

Dr. Estanislao holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University, where he was also a Teaching Fellow and Research Fellow. He obtained his MA in Economics from Fordham University in Economics and Ph.B. (summa cum laude) from the University of San Carlos.

Prof. Dr. Sukrisno Agoes, Ak., MM, CPA

Prof. Dr. Sukrisno Agoes has about 40 years of experience in financial audits. One of the most renowned financial auditors in Indonesia. He has written a few books on financial audits, taxation audits. He also presented many papers on financial audits including international paper at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur.
He was audit team leader assigned by industries(trading, banking, manufacturing and service industries) national and multinational companies in Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

At present he is audit committee member of Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX) and PT. CIMB.
He is a member of Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia, Institute of Certified Public Accountant(IAPI), Ikatan Sarjana Ekonomi Indonesia(ISEI), The Institute of Internal Auditors(IIA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners(ACFE).

From 2004 till now he is Dean of the Faculty of Economics, University of Tarumanegara, Jakarta. 1996 to 2003 he was Dean of Faculty of Economics, Christian University, Jakarta. He attained his undergraduate degree majoring in Accounting from University of Indonesia and Magister Management in Accounting also from University of Indonesia and his doctoral degree in auditing from University of Padjadjaran(UNPAD) and Professor of Auditing at Economic Faculty, University of Tarumanegara, Jakarta in 2005.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Roy Sembel, MBA

Roy Sembel graduated from FMIPA IPB on 1986 and attained Master of Business Administration degree from University of Pennsylvania Philadelphia as best graduate with honor. He attained his doctoral degree from University of Pittsburg. He is a Supervisory Committee Asian Bond Fund Indonesia and Chief Research Officer of Capital Price. Prof. Dr. Djisman Simanjuntak

Djisman Simanjuntak is the Board of Advisory Chairman of Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship and also the Chairman of Board of Trustees of– Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Jakarta. Since 1999, he is appointed as the Executive Director of Prasetya Mulya Business School and also serving as a member of the board commissioners in several companies. Prof. Dr. Lindawati Gani S.E., Ak., MM, MBA

Lindawati Gani is a lecturer in Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia. Her research and teaching interest are Cost Accounting and Management Accounting.

Lindawati Gani was born in Surabaya. She graduated from Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics, University of Airlangga in 1985, earned her Master Degree in Management Science from Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1994, and her Ph.D in Management Science from Faculty of Economics, Universiy of Indonesia in 2002.

Setio Anggoro Dewo Ph.D

Setio Anggoro Dewo is Vice Chairman of Board Management Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship. He is a lecturer at Universitas Indonesia, He is also Finance Director of PT PLN (Persero). Ir. Tony Roland Silitonga, MBM, MBA, DBAcan

Dr. Herman Ruslim SE, Ak., MM

Herman Ruslim has been in financial sector for 20 years. He has extensive experience in banking finance such as Valuation and financial fundamental analysis.He has experiences in such works at Bank Bukopin, Bank Central asia, Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI including designing Taspen risk management manual.

Where his responsibilities were handling account of Bank Mashill, Bank Lautan Berlian, Bank Bira and Bank Sanho and risk management analysis of each account and maximizing recovery rate, value at risk(bad debt risk and bank risk), financial advisory, restructuring each of the obligor, asset swaps, equity swaps and settlements bad debt analysis with 5 C’s and Altman Z Scores;

He has written quite a few books and articles on Finance, financial restructuring, and M&A and valuation.
Herman Ruslim is also a lecturer in Finance for Post Graduate and Under Graduate students at University of Tarumanegara, Jakarta.

He attained his undergraduate degree from University of Trisakti, and he attained his MBA major in Finance from GS Fame Institute of Business affiliated with Philippines Business Administration, Jakarta.

Denny Husen has considerable professional experience in computing, client liaison, business administration and compliance.

He manages the forensic technology team in Singapore offices.

Denny has worked on a number of matters such as intellectual property(IP) theft and contractual disputes. This included assisting in investigation of law enforcement and government regulatory bodies.

He has also been involved in a number of complex electronic discovery projects.

Charles Lim, MSc

Charles Lim, is Information Security Research Group Researcher and IT Faculty Lecturer at Swiss German University.

Some of his working tasks are

1. Leading and developing relationship with IT Security vendors and research institutions to raise SGU capabilities in research and community services
2. Leading and developing Penetration Testing Laboratory for learning and research in SGU
3. Leading and developing SGU‐CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team), which is part of Academy‐CERT in collaboration with IDSIRTII, Indonesia
4. Leading and developing SGU Malware Research Laboratory to perform research on Indonesian local malware
